The sales lady Kailey, was beyond helpful. It was our first time purchasing a washer and dryer and she was very informative and patient and answered all of our questions. Delivery went very well and smoothly with no issues.

Delivery folks were courteous and good-natured dealing with my windy staircase, and had excellent attention to detail; leveled the stove and checked to ensure everything was in good working order. Store staff is helpful as well. Same prices as the big-box stores, with even better service!
